Winter Swim Technique Series

$199.00

Mondays at 6:00 PM from January 12 – February 16 | Ladue High School | Limited to 15 athletes

6-Week Freestyle Technique Series for Triathletes

Build confidence, efficiency, and ease in the water.

This series is designed for triathletes who want to improve their freestyle technique through structured training and coach feedback. Whether you're preparing for your first race or refining pacing for long-course racing, this series will help you build the foundation of sustainable, efficient swimming.

What to Expect

Each session includes warm-up, focused technique blocks, drill progressions, and personalized feedback. Sessions are 1 hour and capped at a small number of swimmers so you get the attention you need to make improvements.

Who It's For

This series is designed for triathletes who already have the basics of freestyle and want to become more efficient, confident, and relaxed in the water. It’s not a learn-to-swim program — to get the most out of our time together, you should be able to swim at least 200 yards of freestyle without stopping, even if it feels awkward, slow, or tiring.
